This is a weird attack considering they announced they will be integrating RCS this year. They knew that Europe would force this and already announced they were integrating it into iMessage, ole Garland is a bit behind.

Exactly.
The fact this lawsuit references "green bubbles" delegitimizes the entire thing a bit. Sounds like they wrote it for 2nd graders.
There is some actual meat to go after, no need to frame your petition from absurdistan.
