The prosecution over his financial fraud more than likely wouldn’t have happened if not for political reasons - which does create quite a moral dilemma.

He’s no doubt guilty, but selective prosecution is not justice.

It’s not a fear of HIM but of the fact that the throngs of people who form the voting base of the Republican Party are so beholden to him. What is absolutely hilarious is that he loves to paint those who question him as “Republicans in NAME ONLY” when he and his followers are the very definition of that.

Honestly, what we need is a populist candidate who is a true moderate, who will represent hard working, middle class Americans. Who can find a way to protect the rights and values of folks without infringing on those of others.
