Every time I see a new apartment complex going up I think about what it will look like in 15 years. I'm sure that's not the case all over the country, but they pretty much all turn trashy here over a long enough time.

The best school in Gwinnett County has successfully held on because they have very few apartments being able to be built around it. Meanwhile, the rest of the county is sliding down.
