Canceled the Commander Core, apparently I should already have one that came with the AIO. Was told they may not have connected everything properly and I might need a powered USB hub, so I ordered one of those.
Take a beat. I realize you want to get this thing perfect, but you'll need to do a little research before buying a bunch of stuff you don't need/can't use.
My first questions is can you call the company that built it and ask them about the connections?
Are you 100% sure you have the commander core, like did you pull the back panel off and see it?
Why did they say you needed a powered USB hub?

I've submitted a ticket with them and am waiting to hear back.

I haven't, guess I should check that. The poster on the Corsair support forums said it has to be there because my fans are running, lighting up, and my LCD display is working. He said those wouldn't be working without a commander core powering/controlling it.

It was something along the lines of the connections the Corsair controllers using on the motherboard and the motherboard having a limited number of them, he thinks Cyberpower probably had to use a splitter of some kind in order to connect everything to the motherboard, but doing it that way may lead to the issues I'm experiencing.
Here's the thread on the Corsair forum:

You're right. I should probably verify that the commander core is there and then just take it to a dedicated repair shop and see if they can determine what the issue is and what I might need to remedy it.
I shut my PC down last night and when I turned it on this morning the fans lit up again, but I went into iCUE and they weren't showing up as being detected and when I clicked on the hub they're tied to the lighting stopped again.
It's just frustrating, I spent a lot on this computer. I realize a lighting issue isn't a big deal, but spending as much as I did I want everything to be working.
