Dukes and Miracle Whip are both delicious and versatile. Dukes as a "butter" for a panini or grilled sandwich is no joke.

Miracle Whip

I've only bought Miracle Whip when I've made a cornbread salad, the recipe of which originated on the jar of Miracle Whip, I'm told. It's delicious. I don't know that it would taste the same with regular mayonnaise.

I occasionally make a grilled cheese with mayo on the outside slices rather than butter. Gets nicely golden and crispy.
