They are shorter and make it easier to fill for the smaller folks than the ASF. Also l prefer the way it throws the corn out further vs hitting the cage and dropping right next to the feeder on the ASF. I’m worried about the hinges breaking on the door to open the cage on the ASF and won’t have that problem on the Lamco. The timer and battery is higher and easier to get to then the ASF also.
