My first thought but it’s not THAT expensive to make it undoable. And I could do it for more than a week maybe too without boredom setting in.
I am planning a trip for our 25 anniversary to Bora Bora and it is not crazy expensive. The over water bungalow resorts in the Caribbean are much more expensive. Only problem with Bora Bora is basically spending 2 days traveling there and then 2 days coming back.
A lot of the other super isolated island destinations are the same way. You can do a trip for 2 at a beautiful resort for 10k, but you spend 25% of your trip traveling, especially from a regional airport in the Eastern half of the US.

A week is a really long time for that sort of experience. My wife and I did that in Fiji for about 4 days. We broke up the trip by spending a few days in Australia on the way there and two nights in Hawaii on the way back because you don’t want to travel that far just to stay there for 3-4 nights.
