They spend 1.35% of GDP on defense and have a 6,850 man army.

Perhaps powerhouse is too strong a word. Its small but for their size they will do a pretty good job of bolstering NATO's firepower in the region particularly their AirForce and their submarine fleets ability to operate in the shallow Baltic. They need to bring their active troop levels up to prior than 2019 though. Currently 24000 active 32000 reserve and around 25000 in the home guard.
