I’ve probably dropped 8-10 lb doing fasting 20:4, doing 1 hr of cardio twice per week (heart rate mid-130s), and keto diet.
I gave up sugar, bread, rice, pasta, and potatoes.
Gave up alcohol too, but that only lasted 10 days…..another reason I’m interested.

So let me get this right, this "miracle" drug works when people stop eating shitty food, overeating, and drinking alcohol?

It’ll curve that taste for booze big time. I still sip a lil bourbon occasionally to unwind but it’s 1 pour and I’m done.
