Gym. Coaching. Volunteering.

These two things.

Find some passion or something to keep you interested.

And remember you're only human.

Quitting is tough but it sounds like you've made the toughest steps already.

Stumbling is NOT ok. That kind of attitude gets you to relapse. Put your head done and get it done
