The problem is, as they're examining that ballot in the privacy of their on voting booth, they are probably thinking about how you left the toilet seat up yesterday or something.

Suffice it to say, it is good to instruct a wife on whom to vote for. But you need to also review her selections before you two reach the vote counting machine.

Now here is the tricky part. If she has selected Biden/Kamala against your council, how do you dispose of the errant ballot without the poll watchers noticing?

As it is a felony to destroy another person's ballot, doing what a male did in South Carolina 2008, grabbing the wife's ballot and stuffing it down his shorts, resulted in a lost Obama vote and a two year jail term!

The best thing to do upon discovering what she has done is to simply bribe her to destroy it herself. She probably doesn't want to be there anyway, doesn't really care who wins, and will lap up the inducement with no complaint.
