dude is trash and fricked lsu. now MM has to try to clean it up with all the so called basketball "supporters" bashing him instead of getting behind him because they're too busy with wade's cock in their mouth. anyone that claims to be a fan of lsu and lsu basketball can not simultaneously be a fan of will wade for what he did to lsu.

Weird isn't it.

John Brady makes the final four, about thirty years ago, and was fired the next season for not winning enough.
Orgeron builds the best team in the history and immediately lost support and was fired a couple years later.
Wade takes a bottom feeder to consistent top half of the SEC, lost support and was fired.
Now its Kelly and Mac's turn.
How long will they be here?

The fans just want the team to win...regardless of the HC. They supported Wade because he won at the most consistent level any basketball coach had since the early 90's. They are not fully behind McMahon yet because he currently has a losing record in nearly two years on the job. Now, that support is growing because he's performed relatively well in SEC play this season. But I don't think anyone who is a basketball fan is baselessly withholding full-throated support for McMahon simply because of some vendetta. They just aren't willing to fully provide it until he proves he can win consistently. Hopefully that will happen soon.

Wade won at LSU. There have been eight coaches in the 115 years history of LSU basketball that had tenures of 5 years or longer. Wade, by far, has the highest winning % of .673. For context, Brown's winning % was .595; Brady's was .580, Jones's was .556. Did Wade bring LSU to the heights that Brown (and for one season) Brady did? No. But there was, for the first time in nearly 30 years, reason to believe the program could be a consistent winner. If you can't understand why he was so well liked by the fans then I don't really know what to say.

And to be factually correct, Wade didn't do anything to LSU (other than, I guess, cost the program two scholarships over two seasons). LSU made the decision to blowup the program by firing Wade. Were they correct or justified in doing so? That will probably long be up for debate. But LSU made the choice to get rid of Wade...not the other way around...and the program has struggled since relative to its level of success prior to Wade's firing.

Yes, the constant Wade posts/topics can be annoying. But I don't view them as people trying to promote the Wade fan club, or to facilitate any sense of personal hate for McMahon. They are more in the nature of an "I told you so" toward the administration. As a season ticket holder and probably one of the 10% of people who like to discuss basketball even outside of basketball season, it's frustrating to watch the program fall from where it was from 2017-2022. That doesn't mean I want McMahon to fail. It's just that LSU lost a level of success they had struggled to attain for 30 years when they fired Wade and there is no certainty they will get it back in the next 30 years
