It makes it 5 percent better, and other states are wayyyy lower, as well as poverty rates and education etc. Louisiana and Mississippi are objectively the worst states to live in, that's all I'm saying. I'm not saying there aren't great things about it or that's it's not the best pace for you or anyone in specific to live.

If you aren't living in poverty how does the poverty rate affect your daily life?
