In NELA we have it easier than the lower areas.
We have no:
Volcanos to worry about, yet
Hard earthquakes, yet.
Hurricanes don’t have a lot of affect on us, typically.

In the years to come, all of this will change and not for the better.

Until we’re living on an inactive body, this will always be the case.
