Couple of things here
1. Butch Davis has never won a championship
2. Bob Stoops didn't go on much of a recruiting run until after his title in 2000, but OU obviously has no titles since, even on the recruiting heaters that they've enjoyed since.

He built 2001 Miami. Larry Coker was useless and not responsible for that historic championship team.
