If you're a drinker, I'd start by cutting back on your nightly consumption and getting a good nights sleep. Wake up early and hit the gym to get the endorphins going. Stay hydrated throughout the day. Our brain consists of 80% water.

In other words, do what you can naturally while cutting back on the Vyvanse before you eventually completely give it up.
