Judge was concerned that Fani’s conflict can be tied to any number of cases. He will have to be narrow in his ruling to try to avoid that.

If she was poison here, she was poison everywhere.

A major take away for me was that a lack of evidence where it should (and likely does) exist is in fact evidence supporting (ie financial records or her cell records).

Any judge could watch what happened on the stand and know they both lied. Highly educated lawyers suddenly have no memory.

If the judge’s decision results in any number of cases prosecuted in Fulton County to be thrown out, so be it. Elections of trash has consequences.

She is trash. Wade is trash. And Bradley is trash. That uga assistant district attorney just showed me that he is either at the bottom of his uga law class, or uga has a sh*tty law school. Maybe both. What a f*cking joke.
