Have a PSA dagger in mine. Stays in a bag with a few other essential items. Spare mag, 50 rounds, Life straw, knife, compass, fire starter and an mre

ETA: it’s more of a get me home bag in case I find myself stranded and making my way back on foot. As it would likely take me over a day to reach home from my normal commute if I had to hoof it.

Sounds congruent with mine. Keep a pair of tennis shoes in mine because the leather dress shoes would hurt after a while.

Also wanted to add that you could put an ultra light eno hammock in your bag…..it’s the size of an orange.

If it takes you over a day, and you’ve got an MRE, the need to sleep or sit low durin g the day, move at night.
