Finally did 24.3 - 109 Rx

I’m not great at thrusters, nor am I proficient in MUs. I’m still working towards being able to do them so I’m pleased that I was able to get 2 of them after all those thrusters and C2B.

Honestly, even if the cap had been 20min I don’t think my score would have changed. I failed my last two MU attempts and don’t know if I would have been able to complete another.

I also ripped the hell out of my hand in the process so that’s fun.

I felt a pop right at the tendon in between my right bicep and forearm. I was done. Will probably be sidelined for a little bit.

I hate gymnastics shite. My form is dog shite, therefore I hate it.

ETA: Was on the last rep of CTB, 1st round.

I don’t wear grips and didn’t have any issues. Thankfully.

I finished 3 full rounds with the 135 thrusters and BMU. 142 reps Rx. 135 thrusters threw my arse around. I made the qualifier for old people and regular but I’m not doing that shite.
