Keeping role guys/bench guys way too long is also almost always a mistake especially when it takes away development time from younger better players. The whole point of improving your roster is to make it “perfect.”

Imagine a GM saying I don’t want to move guys because the roster would be “too perfect.” By the way this is Naji Marshall- anywhere from the 8th-9th guy on your roster. These guys get moved all the time- we’re not talking about Zion or BI here.
