MSNBC legal analyst Barbara McQuade argued Monday that the United States’ “deep commitment to free speech” makes Americans uniquely susceptible to disinformation campaigns.
However, the first amendment has already been unconstitutionally castrated multiple times. Just like the Second Amendment. Without the 1A and 2A, the rest of the foundation of America doesn't exist. That's why they're doing their best to erode both.
