The St Charles streetcar is pretty dang reliable. I leave work every day at exactly 7:00am. On the RTA schedule it has a streetcar at the corner of Robert and St Chales stopping at exactly that time. Four out of five days it is at the intersection. The other time it is in sight within a block away.
James Reiss turned around the RTA decades ago and it went to hell when he retired.
