While that's stupid and you're obviously right, my problem lies more with the people involved (local government, police, etc.) that can't get out of their own way and actually get this a-hole out of a place that very clearly isn't his. I never understand threads with situations like these. The rightful owners should be able to VERY easily prove ownership, which means this dude is trespassing and is in a place where he doesn't belong. Seems like something that could be handled in a matter of hours/days.

Shouldn't need some trial or hearing or drawn out process to determine who is right and who is wrong. Yet here we are.
