Here's my non-violent solution to shite like this. (I have a violent one too btw)
Go to the nearest bait shop and buy a couple 100 crickets. Let them loose in the house. Those noisy bitches would drive anyone crazy.
After he can't take it any longer, fog the house and pay a clean up crew.
Modern problems require modern solutions.
Hell it's cheap enough so there's nothing to lose really.

Some leftist Judge would probably order them to pay a pest control company to clear out the crickets and fine them.
