She's suing JBS USA which is a US based subsidiary of JBS. They're not even based in New York though. They're headquartered in Colorado. So the New York AG is suing a Colorado based subsidiary of a Brazilian company.
But this suit isn't about anything JBS has done. It could have been Bob's meats. This is only about leeching herself on to the largest corporation in a leftist grievance industry. JBS happens to occupy that space.
