MLB Website not letting me sign up to buy tickets

Basically Title, won't let me make an account to buy tickets on the MLB website. Says invalid information for the Minute Maid games this weekend.

It is 100% valid information, another guy I know also had the same thing happen.

Did the same thing to me, because I already had an account, I guess from an Astros game a few years ago. I had to use forgot my password to setup up a new password and I got in.

Similar to what an above poster suggested….
You may be trying to buy tickets with the same email you previously used to purchase isolated tickets and “make an account”…
… something similar has happened to me in the past. I bought tickets and used same email several times. I forget the details but I had to get the accounts consolidated into one and it fixed it.

I don’t think anyone is understanding. I’m pretty sure it is a website bug, I’ve tried multiple emails that I for sure haven’t used before it wasn’t letting me make an account. Would always say Invalid Info. Anyway I figured it out, I was trying to help someone else out I have had my tickets for 2 weeks.
