getting your colon checked is pretty important. colon cancer tends to be a survivable cancer when caught early with no symptoms, basically only way to catch it like that is through screenings

as opposed to waiting till your symptomatic. you basically go from like a 90% chance of survival to 50

I’m 36 this year and been thinking about trying to do cologuard or something
