re: True or False: The Chiefs would still have 3 Super Bowl wins regardless of who is coach.

Regardless, if the OC didn't choke the game away with his calls, how did they not score at all after going up 28-3?
You don’t score everytime. What a dumbass remark by you

So they couldn't run out the clock on a 25 point 2nd half lead, and there was no choke in your mind? You may be the only person on the planet with this take, and that's not shocking.

Because the Patriots had a really good defense and adjusted?

Interesting you ignored the second part of the post.
He and the Houston dude are great at this.
Pick and choose random lines and ignore the actual points.

What is worse, is that in that scenario, he didn't even need to score again. Wasn't necessary if they just run the ball.

how many (more) multiple score leads in the superbowl does Shanahan need to blow before you acknowledge he might have something to do with it?
Three isn't enough you stupid mouth breather! He has to lose at least five Super Bowls and a few other NFCCGs too!

Guess the OC should have adjusted too

In 2014 Andy Reid blew a 28 point playoff lead
Oh this site was great. Let’s go lookup the posts from that thread…..

Great deflection. Like I said earlier, until Shanahan gets over the hump, he is who he is.

The Falcons blew it, not just the OC. the defense had given up 3 points and scored TD before allowing 4 TDs AND 2 2 point conversions when all they needed was 1 stop. Ryan also got sacked and fumbled but you guys want to blame it all on the OC because he later lost 2 SB as a head coach.

So he is a huge choker until he proves you 100% wrong. Got it
It’s just hilarious considering Reid was 100% worse in terms of losing big games and was ripped for it as “a choker that will never win”

I will again ask who put Ryan in the situation to even take that sack. You will again deflect.
I have never once said Shanahan is the only reason they lost btw

Not ignoring you points. Your points are basically all 20/20 hindsight and just used to suit your narrative which is to call a guy a choke artist for losing a game you claim was rigged for the other team

Like I said earlier, you get to make this same argument over and over even if Shanahan never gets it done. You thrive off bullshite like this.

So if he called a run play and the RB fumbled you would also blame Shannahan right?
I mean he put him in that position right?

No, as that play call makes sense given where they were on the field and how much time was left. Calling a pass play when you are on the edge of field goal range and inviting that sack is an all time bonehead call.

No
So RB fumbles not on coach. QB fumbles it’s on coach.

But not the Falcons DC while they were giving up 31 points including two 2 point conversions

It’s possible but not guaranteed.
Agreed, nothing is guaranteed. CMC may have fumbled again. Either way, the correct approach there was to run the ball and force KC to use Time Outs then drain the clock.

I’m still curious why the NFL would have allowed this if they were rigging it for KC.
SF already lost two big first downs at that point in the game on holding calls. KC was not called for holding despite doing it over and over, especially on several big third down plays on the last drive and OT. They were literally tackling SF defenders. Do you deny KC got away with some huge holds while SF got busted twice?
Would they have stopped SF from converting that first down with ANOTHER holding call? Possibly. Thanks to Shanahan not calling a run and making it easy, we will never know.

Why is this so difficult to grasp.
You are obviously smart. Just because I disagree with you on a topic, I won't go the route of calling you stupid.
Several analysts proved that if ATL had called a running play on every play after that point in the second half, they would have only needed one first down in their final four possessions to hold on and win. Period. One guy even laid out how they could have taken a knee on the first two possessions while snapping the ball with like 3 seconds on the play clock and it would have worked.
Nope. They didn't do that. They called pass plays that resulted in disaster.
One of those TDs the Defense gave up was the result of the sack/fumble in ATL territory.
Again, not a difficult concept to grasp.

Not deflecting anymore than you, the important point is the execution not the play call, the player, Ryan took a sack and fumble, someone probably missed a block. Saying they should have just run is 20/20 hindsight only because they lost. Doing nothing but run would be completely abandoning what they did all year (Ryan was the MVP), if they do that and lose, then you rip the OC for that.

But wait, we were just told by Pride that Shanahan needs a good QB?!?! The two MVP Caliber season QBs he had, he still didn't win?!?! No way.
Anyway, back to the 28-3 choke job.
You and Pride keep ignoring the simple math. Ryan should not have been throwing the ball.
Yes, I realize someone could fumble, but again, running the ball would have been the right thing to do. Kneeling the ball would have also been correct, but again, that observation is making your heads explode.
