Any Part 61 operation will work then. The benefit of 61 is you can do pretty much any method of training. Meaning, you can join a flight club that has a CFI, you can find a flight school, or even find a CFI who trains in their own plane.

I’d recommend finding a place that allows you to do computer-based learning for ground lessons. Something like Jeppesen or King Air. It will save you a lot of money.

The alternative is to pay your instructor an hourly fee for the ground lessons.

Consider Light Sport. Doesn't take as long and some of the new LSA's are really cool, but the license comes with more restrictions.

I’m pursuing my PPL in BR right now and having a blast!

Def do online ground school. My training is Part 141 which has online ground school and in-flight training timed together. Part 141 has phase progress checks as well

Be advised that it will cost more than what the schools say on their websites. Most schools quote the FAA minimums but students typically require more flight hours before being fully ready for their check ride
