In most jurisdictions, distribution of a nude images of a minor, whether they are digitally altered or generated, is considered distribution of child pornography.

Imagine making all AI generated kiddie porn and having to do ten years and register as a sex offender. Not condoning this, but before AI there was a victim because it was real. So who is the victim now.
Should you go to jail if you make AI beastiality porn? I mean that would be cruelty to fake animals’ rights? Very slippery slope.
