Of course, Dims would try to find a way around that, like gifting voters one square inch of "land" in some uninhabitable clime that no one will ever visit, but there could be ways to prevent that type of "ownership" from being recognized.

As I've argued with another poster dont you think that benefits the wealthy a bit too much? You could just buy or give property to your 18 year old meanwhile poor and middle class kids have to wait until they can earn it themselves.
