The TABC agent. I think he actually shot her like seven times. The HPD chick cops were hiding - I heard the Chief is beyond pissed about that!

Yeah, the TABC officer in the suit is the real hero here and a legit badass. He ran toward the gunfire and put rounds on the target pretty quickly despite being outgunned.
