I use Treppendahl also. I started late last year so they have only done pre-emergent treatments on my yard. Weeds I did have are dead, and none are growing. So far it is working. Will see how the growing season goes.

You pay per application and price is based off the size of the yard. They will quote you via email. My yard is a little bigger than 1/3 of an acre. ~$70/application
