30 is not old baw.
I’m 30; when we had our first little one 2 years ago I took a long look at myself and decided to make a conscious effort to live healthier.
Quit dip, started trading scrolling on social media and TV for reading in the evenings, and I do workout or jog (nearly) every day. Hardest for me by far was quitting drinking, went from a 6-12 beers a day (for probably 5ish years, and damn that’s shameful to type) to sober a little less than a full year ago.
Don’t give up because you “feel” old. You’re not. Use your body or lose it. I’m in some of the best shape of my life after those few changes, both physically and mentally. My marriage, sex life and fatherhood have all improved as well due to the intentional changes I made.

Can't believe a 30 year old comes on here and complains about being out of shape at your age.
You do know 30 is young and you have plenty of time to fix the issue.
What I would give to be 30.
