What were the egregious abuses, specifically?
Withholding food, water, medication and medical attention.
Holding him indefinitely in pretrial detention.
Putting him in solitary confinement in a cell with a pool of standing water.
Refusing to check on him for days on end.
Reporting that he was in "ok" condition for days after his death.
I'm sure I'm omitting some.

They did not withhold food or water. That is not alleged in the suit filed, either.
What medication was withheld? And how would the withholding of Abilify directly contribute to his death (the one listed medication)? Hint: it wouldn’t.

Do you even Covid? Did you want people to die? We had to shut everything down! For science.

The standing water was caused by him flooding his own toilet. Not by the prison.

Link? This is not alleged by the suit.
