That's monotheism, not some fuzzy form of philosophy.

No, monotheism means the belief in a single god (lower case) as opposed to polytheism which believes in multiple gods.

I’ll say again, with the caveat for this discussion it’s generalized and oversimplified, the references in the Declaration of Independence to inalienable rights from the creator weren’t “religious” or specific to “The” Judeo-Christian “God”.
