All about protecting the company campus and avoiding an incident. Have a meeting and calm em down and reassure them, then as soon as they leave deactivate their gate code and once you've finished booting them entirely off your system, call and fire. Besides a physical incident, it is definitely true that a disgruntled employee could royally frick everything up pretty quickly and easily through the company server software, even remotely. So I get it. But it's still pretty shitty.
