Fasting will probably continue to intrigue me, but I'm almost certain that I'm completely finished with ever doing it myself. I also feel the "returns on investment" aren't there for me, but I'll listen to anybody else who has a good plan for how to make it work. Being consistent with a moderate caloric deficit is what works best for me.
