Weight loss is plateauing a bit. 61 hours in and down 12 pounds

12 lbs of what would be my main question

Certainly, it isn't all fat although a significant portion of it would have to be.

ETA - I was thinking of doing this over Easter weekend myself and trying to learn more about it. Was going to do a 72 hour one.

From my experience, I lose quite a bit of water on fasts and obviously it rebounds after I break it. I will end up shedding about a lb of fat by the time im done with a 72 hour fast factoring in my last meal and the refeed meal. It also resets my appetite to reduce the sweets cravings which helps my diet afterwards

Straight water. He may lose 2 to 3 lbs of mass depending on his energy expenditure.
