It's about showing Willis hired (and perhaps even overpaid) her man of the month to help prosecute Trump and... in the process... benefited from that money herself b/c he used that money to bring her on vacations and the like
It would be improper benefits and would lead to not just her DQ from the case... but the entire Fulton County DA's office being DQed from the case
If her... and her entire office... is DQed from the case... it moves over to another DA's office
