I’ve been preaching the gospel of Mr Ts boudin for a couple of years. Nobody wanted to believe me at first but they have been getting some traction here on TDFD in the last 6 months.
If eating it fresh, my preference is the smoked. If getting it to go to reheat later on the grill, unsmoked is the way to go.
Their pure pork sausage is 10/10 also. Possibly my favorite pure pork, but they still haven’t completely thrown Rabideauxs off the throne yet IMO.
One last thing. If you can find a stuffed Tasso roast, don’t pass on that. It makes a killer rice and gravy that is different from the usual.
