New, fully auto weapons are restricted.
Of course, there ways to get around by modifying a rifle or pistol, but I'd hate to get caught with one.

I'm not anti-gun, by any stretch of the imagination, but do believe in sensible gun control laws. This idea that the 2nd amendment is just carte blanche permission to own any weapon known to man and carry it with you wherever you want is just a straight-up bullshite, selective interpretation of the 2nd.
