to get the carb off there are two 7/16" nuts that hold the plastic 90 onto it, and then the threaded studs have a 5/16" nut made into it so they can be unscrewed.
the best way to remove it is with a 5/16" ratchet wrench, since a regular wrench has trouble reaching it because its slightly recessed into the carburetor body. the ratchet wrench sticks out enough to reach in the recess to grab it
the engine cover uses 3/8" bolts in rear and either a torx bolt or shorter 3/8" bolts in the front and often there is a small 1/4" screw that goes through the top and into the plastic 90.
i can find and link a video to replacing a carb if you need it, but its easy to replace
