I have a buddy that put an franlkin bi nary trigger on a 9mm AR which is a no no. He had a round fire out of battery and was shooting it left handed. Luckily he was wearing glasses. Could have damaged his eye permanently.

Some 9mm AR bolts have hammer follow and if you don’t time the trigger right it will fire out of battery.
