I stand corrected. My only source is a college bar where i worked and had to clean both. There, the men’s was vile and the women’s was clean by comparison. But there were no small children and very few “sanitary products”. ETA in a hospital i can only imagine the dirty diapers and pads that will now infiltrate the multi-gender bathrooms.
