quote:
2 cups mayo
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp kosher salt
This. Plus i add Worcestershire and a little hot sauce.

The original recipe that I had called for white pepper instead of black, and 1 tsp cayenne. I found with those peppers and the horseradish, it was a little too hot for Cenla folks and kids. Plus, the black specks give it a little color/character and is slightly more visibly appetizing to me.
