Ok. That still doesn't really change the fact that the Pels attendance isn't good, even when the team is winning, much less when they are losing.

I don't believe this is an entirely accurate statement. One thing ESPN used to have on their attendance chart that is missing now is the attendance %. Last year the Pels were 12th with a 99.4% of capacity with a lower average attendance number last year, 16,772, than this year, 16,999. Is the attendance really bad when it's that close to capacity on average? LINK

It doesn't? Pels arena is smaller capacity than most, so % of seats filled is higher than many. Also, if large corporations in other cities are buying up the seats, that is counted as attendance even if seat is not filled.
