Cut the shite about no one seems to care.
They follow "procedure" and violate innocent people's rights and live under the protection of qualified immunity which does not even give them a slap on the wrist for their excesses.
It's all about pay and rightfully so.

But it's also about results. If we double the cops and all we get is DUI checkpoints and tons of tickets, it's just bullshite posturing for future election fodder.
