Location is everything. Still wouldn’t want to live in Arizona. Barren with no shade.

That’s not for me.I’d rather have a ranch in Texas,have some Longhorn cattle,whitetail deer,axis deer and a nice lake managed for bass.Have a ranch manager to take care of all the work-filling the feeders,keep up the fence,etc.
