I have a business account with a PO Box. The mail carriers often don't deliver my mail to perfectly valid addresses, and it gets returned and I eat the cost of a stamp. And yet when I send it out a second time, it never bounces back. Mail carriers literally just say the address doesn't exist rather than double-back and deliver the mail. And that's just one problem.

my favorite is the delivery exception called "no access to delivery location"...this is code for "i didn't feel like finishing my mail route and went home early"...
